Digital Content Producer

In a Nutshell:

GADITEK is excitedly seeking an experienced Writer who is focused, has masterfully created a wide range of content and copy spanning multiple customer touch points, and has a bias towards execution, experimentation, and continuous learning.

This role requires that you have a firm grasp of the written words, magic, consumer behavior and psychology, and how content should flow online.

We need someone with expertise in writing various forms of content—from blogs and articles, to eBooks and whitepapers, product descriptions and web content, and sales pages and landing pages. You will also be responsible for ensuring that there is no disconnect in the tone, ideas, and flow so that the content drives engagement and generates conversations.

We’re looking for someone who easily manages the right balance between craziness and control, is open to feedback, and has the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and remaining FOCUSED when 7 people are simultaneously seeking their opinion.

This role also requires that you can readily empathize with consumer needs, are able to tap into them and can quickly and flexibly change your writing style and tone to match the needs of the specific project you’re working on.

You will work as part of a team of one of our in-house brands and products, and help us achieve bold and meaningful milestones and targets that are spread across four quarters in a year. You will find yourself tested for creating content that allows us to turn the tide and achieve those amazing results.

…you will be responsible for sharing ideas about anything and everything at GADITEK: from how our space is designed to how we’re setting targets, to the industries we should target, to how our websites are designed, to how we can or should be creating content.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Question our current story and create amazing new stories
  • Experiment with new ideas on how content can be used to tell a compelling story of our brand and seek new cross functional ideas to tell it different
  • Explore different types of content you can use and we can use to tell our story of our brand
  • Find ways of how we can engage our customers, and our employees with content
  • Crack the code for what makes our customers tick and how we can address their pain points
  • Craft amazing content and content plans we can use to continuously create content that our customers REALLY need, instead of pushing second rate content they can find anywhere else and for which we have to continuously rank on Google.
  • Find ways to connect your content to the larger mission of GADITEK: of taking Disrupt to new levels of excellence in existing and new places, and help us create greater good ness in society

Relevant Experience:

  • 5 years of experience creating four types of content (storytelling (narrative), direct selling (persuasive), and descriptive ) and forms of content (blogs, web copy, emails, and eBooks)
  • Educational qualification
  • Experience designing and implementing transformative efforts within organizations, with an emphasis on practicality over theory.
  • Able to inspire people of different backgrounds with stories
