In a Nutshell:
GADITEK is in search of a DME Social Media Executive (SME) for supporting efforts of one of its brands in implementing its social media marketing strategy and in managing our social media presence.
This role requires a highly motivated, focused, and energetic doer with a passion for generating conversations online. The individual will be responsible for supporting or directly managing social media channels and campaigns, developing brand awareness, implement the brand’s content strategy, and support our strategies for generating inbound traffic and cultivating leads.
We are looking for someone who can put their fingers in multiple pies (sweet, sour, and the ones going bad)—from social media presence, to reputation management, to influencer outreach and marketing, to aiding our efforts in timely creation, publication, and promotion of content.

This role is crucial for establishing and scaling our presence in existing and emerging spaces online by having personalized conversations with our customers, and remaining abreast of the changing needs of our customers.
Done right, it will accelerate growth of our brands, build raving fan following, aid them reach the right audiences through word-of-mouth, and increase customer lifetime value for us.
Once you are here, you will:
Tentative JD:
- Support creation, curation, and management of all published content (images, video, audio, and written) and scale our brand awareness efforts.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users while cultivating leads, and potentially, sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
- Support development and expansion of community, influencer, and/or blogger outreach efforts.
- Oversee, collaborate, and support design effort (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
- Create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
- Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
- Become an advocate for the brand(s) in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
- Support implementation of existing strategy and proactively capture customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
- Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media
- Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Coordinates social media messaging with brand managers, related teams, and departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Create and plan campaign ideas for assigned brands with thorough strategy from concept till execution and success measurement.
- Create monthly content calendars for assigned brands.
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

Relevant Experience:
- Experience with digital & interactive marketing concepts & technologies – web, search, social media, community & mobile
- Experience with data science, big data, and data management
- Highly self-motivated, organized and professional, including the ability to work independently and partner effectively within and outside of immediate team to achieve desired results
- Exceptional analytical skills including the ability to synthesize and create insights from a wide variety of data and information types and sources
- Results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization
- Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Experience with social media communication tools/technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to articulate technical solutions and how they can solve customer business problems to all audiences
- Proficiency in using web analytics products like Google Analytics
