This is a senior role that requires someone who is passionate about Software Quality Assurance, is excited when they find errors and defects, and loves conducting tests and delivering grate software.

We believe that engineers at any level can have significant technical and business impact. However, the right engineer at an executive level can galvanize our team to the next level, which is why we are searching for someone who has the knowledge and hands-on experience working with Software QA side and has the focus, a keen eye for details, and leadership skills needed to lead us and drive the future transformation of how we deliver our end software products.

Once you are here, you will:

• Manage QA coverage of multiple projects.
• Assist Developers in unit testing
• Execute manual and automated tests, and identify actionable bugs quickly.
• Execute Functional test, Usability tests, regression, load and performance tests when required.
• Plan/organize necessary test passes, staying on top of all important issues, help find bugs and driving issues to resolutions and keeping everyone aware of QA status.
• Work with different teams to collect necessary information to assure the QA coverage, and also provide feedback on quality issues.
• Assess the status of the release, and help make sure that the release goes out on time with high quality level.
• Create relevant test reports and release readiness reports
• Develop Test strategies, Traceability Matrix and QA plans

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of a BA/BS degree in Computer Science
• Ability to construct test cases and get them prioritized based on changes.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum, Kanban, or Lean software development practices is a plus.
• Be able to manage multiple projects
• Be able to mentor and onboard QA Engineers.
• Knowledge of test and tool development methodology.
• Ability to deliver quality features and end-to-end scenarios.
• Experienced in test result evaluation, reporting and metrics
• Demonstrated ability to operate and innovate in a small team with a fast-paced environment, balancing both strategic and tactical needs
• Familiarity with development practices like Unit Testing, Test-Driven, should be able to assist development on the same.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
