Assistant Manager DME

In a Nutshell:

GADITEK is in search of an Assistant Manager for supporting creation and execution of our Digital Marketing strategy and plans for one of our in-house brands.

This role requires that you are able to develop, plan, and manage execution of marketing strategies and related campaigns/programs across all touch points, and manage day-to-day operations of different marketing functions.

We’re searching for someone who can write a mean creative brief, have gracefully guided creative projects, is able to balance the business and brand to create impactful campaigns and has experience leading and collaborating cross-functional teams.

We need someone who is committed to delivering results, shows initiative, can build contagious energy, and has an unquenchable thirst for experimentation and gaining knowledge in the marketing arena. The ability to quickly prioritize, sift through clutter and organize, and meet deadlines, and the ability to effectively communicate plans and collaborate with team members are essential.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing support in, as well as directly, monitoring, administering, and managing our digital assets, both owned (websites, blogs, communities, etc.) and third-party (brand’s social media profiles and pages, forums, and guest blogging). Furthermore, you will be responsible for overseeing our communications strategy for client communication and relations, online reputation management, lead optimization, and creating, publishing, and promoting brand content. You will also aid us in other related or emerging marketing functions which are deemed crucial for increasing our visibility and reach.

We need you to help us build creative strategies and solutions that will build a thriving community of fans and evangelists for our brand.

…you will be responsible for sharing ideas about anything and everything at GADITEK: from how we’re positioning our brand, to our vision and mission for the brand, to how we’re setting targets, to the industries we should target, to deleting entire social media presences, to how we can or should be creating content for our brand.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies with marketing team and improving them with changing market trends.
  • Manage social media channels of the brand and identifying additional social channels for brand to interact with its target audience.
  • Monitor website analytics and improving the website as per analytics feedback and findings.
  • Develop marketing collateral to support marketing programs including partnerships, events, conferences, and business development
  • Execute and Manage PPC and Retargeting campaigns for brands.
  • Work in close coordination with the Content and Editorial team to identify and publish the right content for brand’s blog, website and social media channels.
  • Bring in ideas for website improvements and coordinating with the design and development team to implement the improvements.
  • Improve the lead capturing process and optimizing it to improve the lead-to-customer conversion rate.
  • Hunt and pitch media houses and bloggers who might be interested in featuring the assigned brand.
  • Monitor and get feedback from existing customers on service delivery improvement areas and to implement the ‘possible’ customer suggestions.
  • Build customer relationship management strategies and executing them to improve customer retention rate by maintaining positive customer relationship.
  • Build partnership strategies with affiliate agencies and individual affiliates to improve the overall demand for the brand.
  • Report to the supervisors on task progress and overall personal progress, each month.
  • Lead marketing projects across teams as appropriate.
  • Find ways to connect the brand to the larger mission of GADITEK: of taking Disrupt to new levels of excellence in existing and new places, and help us create greater good ness in society
  • Identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
