Head of Brand Strategy

In a Nutshell:

GADITEK is searching for a biased senior storyteller and brand strategist we can crown on the throne of the Head of Brand Strategy.

This role requires that you have a bias towards execution and experimentation, a deep understanding of human psychology and consumer behavior, traditional marketing and digital marketing, people operations, community building, and above all the art of creating amazing stories, connecting consumers to our brand and vision, and seamlessly creating and delivering experiences that drive engagement, aligns consumers to our brand, and keeps us at the top of their minds.

You will head the one of our in-house brands, and help us achieve bold and meaningful milestones and targets. You will find yourself tested for ensuring there is no disconnect and our customers enjoy a seamless experience across every touch-point they connect with us.

We need strong analytical and data driven thinking where you value data over just intuitions and hunches. Hunches and crazy ideas are expected, but data must guide your decisions.

This will require you to showcase a drive for execution and results, leadership skills for inspiring and leading a team that’s well-versed in disruptive and innovative thinking, and questioning the way things are being done. You will also need to display a concrete understanding of traditional marketing concepts, and an openness to exploring emerging forms of marketing online.

And at the end of the day, your command over written words, and the ability to visualize and envision great stories that encompass the entire consumer journey and interaction with us, will be needed.

Someone who has demonstrated ability to develop and control brand strategies and effectively communicate recommendations.

Someone who will take ownership of the brand, analyze how it is currently positioned in the market, align our vision and mission with brand goals, and map out a comprehensive strategies and leverage data to execute plans to achieve maximum ROI,

We need wild and crazy ideas. And we need someone in this role who’d lead our team to willingly challenge existing norms of branding, share and test bold new ideas to do it differently. We need you to help us build creative strategies and solutions that will build a thriving community of fans and evangelists for our brand.

You will be responsible for sharing ideas about anything and everything at GADITEK: from how we’re positioning our brand, to our vision and mission for the brand, to how we’re setting targets, to the industries we should target, to deleting entire social media presences, to how we can or should be creating content for our brand.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Understand our existing brand story, positioning, goals, go-to marketing plans and strategies
  • Question it and disrupt it whenever possible.
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match
  • Establish performance specifications and market applications
  • Develop/control brand strategies and effectively communicate recommendations
  • Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics by adopting a data based approach for execution to achieve maximum ROI
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to enhance brand awareness
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with brand strategy
  • Brainstorm and experiment with new ideas and innovative growth strategies on how to tell a compelling story of our brand and seek new cross functional ideas to tell it different
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
  • Find ways to connect the brand to the larger mission of GADITEK: of taking Disrupt to new levels of excellence in existing and new places, and help us create greater good ness in society
  • Identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
