GADITEK is in search of a Senior Manager to crown the throne of our Affiliate Partnership Marketing for one of our brands.
This role requires an experienced marketing professional who has demonstrated strong leadership skills working across partnerships and affiliates at scale. We require B2B/B2C experience and a deep understanding of how to drive performance partnerships, affiliate marketing strategy, and partnership development.
The role requires a bias towards data driven execution and know how to forecast, deploy and optimize initiatives across countries. It also requires you to be passionate about data and analytics and understand the value it can add when it comes to defining the partnerships & affiliate strategy.
This will require you to showcase a drive for execution and results, leadership skills for inspiring and leading a team that’s well-versed in disruptive and innovative thinking, and questioning the way things are being done.

Therefore, we need an experienced and battle-hardened strategist and manager at the helm of one of our brands.
We need someone who has demonstrated ability to develop and nurture partnerships, take ownership of our various brand initiatives, find new partnership opportunities, align our vision and mission with brand goals, and map out comprehensive strategies and leverage data to execute plans to achieve maximum ROI.
Once you are here, you will:
Leverage your experience to enhance the global strategy for performance partnerships.
Work with internal sales, marketing, product, and business development teams to ensure alignment on product roadmaps, discounting strategy and effective lead.
- Work closely with Product Team to develop understanding regarding assigned product including its features, associated delivery and support team.
- Work with the current team to drive forward a robust and long-term Performance Partnership strategy, aligned to the business approach and forecast out expected returns to the business. Which may include assessing current strength of our partnership marketing program to upgrade it to performance partnership strategy.
- Negotiate with partners with a focus on CPA payouts. This means you will work closely with the partner to bring a certain behavior to the table, so that once the expected behavior is delivered and tracked, payment can be made in real time. The key result is to negotiate with a partner on a desired outcome with measurement but with incremental impact of activity.
- Bring transparency in Partnerships. Plan the transition from traditional performance tracking to Gen 3 performance partnership indicator tracking. Ensure that partners share the critical, accurate and live information regarding campaigns or activities performance on designated brand.
- Ensuring ongoing relationship. Performance Partnerships are about knowing and trusting what your partner is doing and requires quality and transparent communication. It also relates to the types of partners you work with and who you consider to be a valuable partner. With more payout flexibility (e.g. CPC) and data to evaluate what these relationships are generating, you have to develop new types of programs and relationships.
- Developing centralized tracking and reporting. While developing performance partnerships and an effective model, you have to identify how to best manage all the different types of partnerships from technological side – a platform that can bring everything together in one place. For some, this may initially include using a traditional affiliate network-type solution. In future, it’ll mean using a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. A flexible SaaS platforms that can handle all the tracking, real time reporting, payouts, tax forms, contract, etc., all in the same place, allowing Disrupt to better manage many relationships at scale.
- Identify existing and emerging industries, geographic areas, and new markets in need of our/brands solutions
- You will facilitate in finalizing the performance partnership management strategies and then break-down steps and milestones (easy-to-understand) for respective team to deliver results.
- Position is associated with highly personal clients and partnership information and extreme confidentiality must be practiced.
- Complete compliance to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Corporate Policy.
